Bug reports, privacy questions, wrong copy, or a board that froze — email contact@chessgridbase.com. The address stays off the site footer on purpose. There is no phone desk and no chat widget.

Include the page URL, browser (phone vs desktop if it matters), difficulty if relevant, and what you expected versus what happened. Screenshots help when a Hint looks wrong.

What we can help with

• Game will not start, blank board, or AI Worker failed to load
• Illegal moves accepted or legal moves blocked
• PWA install or Add to Home Screen issues
• Broken links or layout glitches on guide pages
• Privacy or terms questions about local storage or email you send us

What we cannot do

• App-store refunds, APK installs, or sideload support
• School firewall / filter bypass advice
• Recover a local Record from another device
• Host online multiplayer rooms or friend invite links
